This is why people in their 30's shouldn't ride seesaws

What goes up must come down... and this woman learnt the hard way about that.
I always say we have a little child spirit in us. Being an adult, life can be tough, and we need a bit of relief to get through it all.
I am someone who loves to laugh and have a bit of fun - but within reason. I think back to my childhood and the fun we had as kids - priceless memories.

I guess these two girls from Norway tried reliving some of those memories but had to learn the hard way that riding on a seesaw should be left for the kids to handle.
The pair of 30-year-olds were having a blast on a seesaw situated on a playground. However, they forgot the rule that what goes up MUST come down. Let's just say that she came down with quite the thud - hitting her head in the process.

Hopefully she didn't get injured too badly, but by the looks of it, they had quite the day.
