This week was the first time that Sihle and I have been split in terms of our gym times. Because I leave work earlier, I now go to gym alone, and he goes after he finishes later in the day.
One of the best parts of starting the training with someone is that you feel like you have a support system.

So this week we’ve both had to do it on our own and keep each other posted about the exercises that we’re doing.
We’ve also got different trainers, so that is also an additional element.
