Stranger helps scared elderly lady down the escalators

A picture of a teenager helping an elderly lady on an escalator has gone viral with more than 7,800 likes on Facebook.

Too terrified to step on, and while people pushed past her and told her to move out of their way, the 19-year-old told the elderly lady to hold onto his hand and take a step when he did.
