Parents overdose on heroine in front of child
Police in the US released pictures showing a couple lie unconscious in the front of a car after a suspected heroin overdose while a small child sits in the seat behind. Warning: This image is not for sensitive viewers.
There are some pics that have gone viral of a couple who are lying unconscious in the front seat of their car after a suspected heroin overdose.
The saddest part of the photo though is the small child sitting on the back seat of the same vehicle.
The picture most definitely shows the other side of this horrible drug and the heartbreak of children caught up in the mess.
Although the pictures are hard hitting, the aim is to try and convince people to think twice before using drugs - and even more so when a child is in their custody.
When I saw these pics I just knew I had to post them...It revolted me and I wandered what emotions the pics would stir up in you. How do you call yourself a parent and then put your child through this?
So many questions - what does the future hold for this child.... how often does this happen where his parents overdose?
