I can never understand why people can't just cross the road at a crossing. Instead, they risk their life by jaywalking - endangering the life of all those around them. I had a friend once who was inches away from an unfortunate accident because she jaywalked. She got a stern talking-to from me.
Then there was this video of a jaywalker that popped up on my feed, and karma was served instantly to him.
A driver caught footage of a man jaywalking in Canada. He slammed on breaks to avoid the pedestrian who gave him a dead stare like the driver was in the wrong. Suddenly, a pole appeared, and it made for a cringeworthy moment.
