Model shares ugly truth behind Instagram pics
Things aren’t always as they seem. This model has come out and shared the dark truths behind every picture shared on social media.
Let's be honest, we've all taken selfies or had pictures taken of ourselves, only to re-take them over and over again until we find the best angle - and we're finally happy with the way we look.
A London-based model has really put herself out there and told her followers on Instagram exactly what was going on when this particular photo was taken.
Using the hashtag #truthbehindthisshot, she told her followers about the tough times she's had to face during her time in the modelling world.
She told Metro.co.uk: "I tried to think of ways to change it and I think you can only change a system if you’re part of it. So I knew I had to become someone in the industry before people would start to listen to what I have to say.
"I get so many messages from young people who ask me how they can lose weight or other beauty questions.
"I never give them advice, I only ask them: 'If you were the only person on this planet and no one could see you, would you still want to change your body?'"
Amazing to see how incredible this girl can look in a photograph, only to find out that in fact on that particular day, she was having the worst day ever and even her skin wasn't great.
