Little girl's birthday wish comes true
Updated | By Damon Beard
One dad wanted to give his little girl the best birthday present ever, but unfortunately couldn’t afford to. Thanks to the Big Favour, Damon has managed to make this little girl's dreams come true.
Three weeks ago, East Coast Radio ran the Budget Bill Blaster competition on my show.
One of our winners was Wesley, who was desperate to pay his daughter's school fees of R900.
When we blasted his bill and paid the R900, Wesley broke down saying how much it would help him as it had been his daughter's birthday recently and he couldn't afford to buy her a tablet that she so desperately wanted. Having her school fees paid would allow Wesley the opportunity to save and try to make his daughter's dream come true.

Nolan Naidoo and his dad Paul from Highway Business Machines in Pinetown (5 Glenugie Road, Pinetown (Est. 1984) Tel 031 7025368/ 98) were listening at the very minute Wesley had his Bill Blasted and were so touched by his need to help his daughter they immediately jumped on board and offered to sponsor a Mecer A720 7" tablet valued @ R1100.00.
Mustek KwaZulu Natal, Unit 3, 5 Redlyn Business Park in Riverhorse Valley (031 5347000), who are suppliers to Nolan and his team, then upgraded the tablet to an even more updated model with 3G valued at R1500.
Megan Ninow, the General Manager of Jumperz Trampoline Park in Amanzimtoti, also heard Wesley on air and called me immediately to offer Wesley's daughter and ten of her friends a super special birthday party.
Contact Jumperz Trampoline Park on 063 696 0261.
How absolutely wonderful!
