Listen to Damon's story about catching an ex-employee red-handed, or read the details under the podcast.
I remember being caught red-handed when I was a kid, and as many excuses as I tried to make, there are just some situations you can’t get out of.

But that was when I was a kid. When you’re an adult and you’re doing something you shouldn’t be doing - and you get caught red-handed, it can be hugely embarrassing!
Today, I’m going to spill the beans on something I saw in my early 20’s. I’ve thought about it often and wonder if the two people I caught red-handed still think about that same situation as one of the most embarrassing moments of their life?
I wanted to be brave and talk about it on-air, but I must admit I was a bit embarrassed just at the thought of it, hence I decided to record the story as a podcast - not to mention the fact that it is a bit too raunchy and explicit to play on-air.
