According to W24, new research shows that sleeping in separate beds can actually have beneficial results for both partners. Apparently, the separation can actually help a relationship, rather than harm it, and according to the experts, although people will say they sleep better together when their brains are actually monitored, they’re continuously being woken up by movement or sound by their partner, which creates a lot of problems.
Not only does sleeping separately help issues with the actual sleeping part, but it also helps with enjoying a happier relationship. The expert has also opened up and said that although many have said that people who sleep apart are unhappy, that isn't the case.
