Siya Kolisi mentioned their coach Rassie Erasmus as one of the biggest influences on their win at the 2019 World Cup, which led the team to winning the Laureus Award in Berlin.
We all remember that proud moment when the Springboks won the World Cup in 2019.
The Springboks beat England 32-12 in Yokohama in a pulsating final, which saw Makazole Mapimpi and Cheslin Kobe score crucial tries to win the game.
That win became a symbol of unity for South Africans. South Africans came together as one, with one goal, which was to show our the team that the country was behind them all the way.
Springbok captain Siya Kolisi accepted the Laureus 'Team Of The Year' award at the ceremony in Berlin on Monday, along with Francois Louw, Cheslin Kolbe, Faf de Klerk, and Schalk Brits.
