'Frustrated' customer rams her car into Standard Bank branch

A customer was allegedly upset over the service she received, so she took a pretty extreme measure to show her frustration.
Many people have different ways of dealing with their frustrations, especially when it comes to bad customer service. Some get vocal, while others choose to walk away from it all.
One customer from Boksburg allegedly received bad customer service from a Standard Bank branch and drove her Mercedes-Benz into the branch's glass doors.

Times Live reported that the customer allegedly had an argument regarding money withdrawal with a teller prior to the bizarre incident.
Standard Bank released a statement on their Facebook page following the incident, adding that "the client was served in a professional manner and in line with client-service procedures." They added that her "query was of a complex nature."
It is said that an investigation into the matter is underway. Thankfully, no serious injuries have been reported.
