Damon chats to property mogul Vivian Reddy

Trailblazing entrepreneur supreme and property mogul Vivian Reddy has scored another major first in property development with the release of a unique investment opportunity in the much-vaunted Oceans Umhlanga development.

The development recently won two international awards for the Best Mixed-Use Architecture and Mixed-Use Development categories at the International Property Awards in London and Dubai.

Situated on a prime commercial site in Durban, the project has been named among the most innovative, exceptional, and ambitious projects of 2016 in Africa.

Vivian Reddy chatted to me about the new Umhlanga Oceans development and told me that the public can now invest in the hotel or own shares.
