Bodybuilder pumps oil into his muscles

On The Big Favour this Wednesday, you're going to meet a guy who takes such great care of his body, and he'll be representing South Africa in Poland in November. He's not huge though - he's competing for the best physique, which means he has a six pack... and he's ripped.

On the other end of the scale, there's a guy who wants to look like The Hulk.

So much so that he's injected 25kgs of oil into his muscles, but it doesn't make his muscles any stronger, and it could actually prove fatal - it is purely for effect.

Valdir from Brazil was addicted to drugs in his youth and was often teased for being so skinny. That's when he decided to turn his life around and go to gym! That's where another user introduced him to Synthol, telling him he could get more extreme effects than from lifting weights alone.
