"I was a woman that felt like my body was not mine," said Beyoncé before making a drastic change to her diet which ultimately paid off.
I became a vegan about five years ago after watching a documentary which got me thinking about the food I was putting into my body. It has been an interesting experience and has been a choice that I never regretted.
Losing weight and eating right has been on my agenda for the past few months, and my Spring body is merely a few weeks away. I've never felt better - even fitting into dresses that have been laying around at the back of my cupboard for months. Watch this space!
While on the topic of healthier lifestyles, Queen Beyonce recently dropped a video showcasing the diet plan and intense workout schedule she used during her incredible Coachella performance.
It is called the 22-Day Nutrition plan and it was created by Queen Bey's friend, trainer, and exercise physiologist Marco Borges. The diet is completely plant-based.
According to a video she uploaded to her YouTube account, the plan "offers members access to tools and foods that empower everyone to become their healthiest self through proper nutrition."
The two-minute clip reveals how she felt after giving birth to twins, and we go through a journey of the ups and downs while on the plan. At the end of it, we see a new and improved Bee looking her very best.

DISCLAIMER: Listen, I'm in no way endorsing the plan because I have not tried it. You should try things that you think works for you, however, if she can look that amazing for her performance, I think it's worth checking out, don't you think?
