Alcoholics Anonymous rep talks tools offered to help towards sobriety

There are many people in KZN who are trying to quit alcohol and need as much support as possible. Thandolwethu caught up with someone from Alcoholics Anonymous for more info to help those in need.

A few weeks ago, our Newswatch team reported that South Africans are taking a pledge to give up alcohol for October.
It's called Ocsober and it's an Australian fundraising initiative which encourages people to give up alcohol for the month of October - and to raise awareness about alcohol abuse.

The month is well underway, and to help those who are wanting to quit alcohol, Thandolwethu caught up with a representative from Alcoholics Anonymous.
In the interview, they chat about the work that AA does and he shared some of the tools that could help in a journey towards sobriety.
