Simon and I have been known for playing random voice notes on air, either by accident or sometimes we’ll find a really juicy clip from a friend of ours that’s just too good not to put on the radio.
We've now gotten to a point where people are sending us voice notes that they’ve received from WhatsApp groups that they belong to (the scandal I tell you!). Often they’re just really funny jokes, or people screaming and shouting, but once in a while we receive an absolute cracker that is just too good for us not to play!

So, Simon belongs to a touch rugby WhatsApp group and one of the fathers accidentally sent his wife’s voice note that was clearly meant for a friend of hers.
Now, in this voice note, she can be heard begging the other parent to bring her child to a birthday party and that she’s even willing to pay for the kid to be there - because, and I quote, "he’s a little weird!".

I just have to know, when did parents start getting so desperate that they offer other parents money to bring their kids to a birthday party?
