loss inspiration? A woman has inspired thousands around the world with her jaw
dropping weight loss journey.
Justine McCabe bravely documented her journey on Instagram with countless selfies.
She lost a whopping 124-pounds (around 57-kilograms) in one year.
McCabe told her tumblr followers that she gained an extensive amount of weight after her husband took his own life.
She began comfort eating and packed on the pounds.
McCabe added that she realised that her binge eating was not only having a negative impact on her physical wellbeing, but her mental health as well.
She then changed her diet and hit the gym.
So what is her secret to all that weight loss? Discipline, doing whatever it takes, and commitment to never stop - no matter what.
“There was no surgeries, diet pills, wraps or replacement shakes. Aside from eating clean and working out.... One of the best decisions I made during my weight loss journey: enlisting in the help of my online trainer, the transformation specialist; @jonnystraws. Having training/meal/supplement plans laid out for me and adjusted to my personal body type and goals, has not only led to unbelievable changes in my physique and overall health...but the fitness and wellbeing knowledge I have gained...will ensure that this will become a true and lasting lifestyle change. The best is yet to come, so do whatever it takes. Because YOU are worth,” she said on Instagram.
