Celebrate one of nature's greatest creatures at the 'Welcoming Of The Whales Festival'.

To promote the South of Durban as a tourist destination, the Sodurba Community Tourism Organisation have commissioned Umcebo Design to create a 3m-long piece of public art - clad in recycled materials - which will be launched at the Welcoming Of The Whales Festival on June 30.
This 3m work of art was created with recycled materials and is a sight to behold! Considering the rapid rate in which pollution is increasing, I can't help but be in awe and inspired to do my part in protecting nature as a whole.
The event takes place on June 20th at Bluff's Brighton Beach. The event promises to be action-packed with activities for all ages, from whale spotting and markets to activities for kids and beach walks.
