Three reasons why Jane is excited for Splashy Fen
Updated | By Jane Linley-Thomas
The annual Splashy Fen event is almost here and with an incredible line up too! Jane is too excited for words! Well, almost. Here's why she is excited...
Splashy Fen was established in 1990 and is a festival for the entire family. This will be my 12th Splashy and this time around I'm doing it with my three kids, which makes it even more joyous!

My first splashy was way back in 1996 and I arrived not knowing what to expect, in fact, I was so excited I made the rookie mistake of hitting the festival before putting up my tent. Fun at the time, but six hours later not much fun trying to put a tent up in the dark after a party. Needless to say, I slept between the poles under a piece of canvas. I could have done with a visit from the Red Frogs.
I have done Splashy in a tent, a car, and a camper home! Boy, it's been an adventure of note!

The line up is as always the cream of the crop, and the vibe is something that memories are made of. I just know this year is going to be even bigger and better.
I'm looking forward to kicking back, taking in the nature around me, and enjoying the sounds of these three amazing artists:
Mango Groove, there's no going wrong here!
Perez, for those chilled vibes...
Matthew Mole, because he is Matthew Mole...
Two more sleeps, bring it!
