My heart goes out to the families who may have been directly or indirectly affected by this horrific attack. The mourning process is an unforgiving one and slips up on you when you least expect it.

What I have come to learn, and maybe you can relate to this, is when you have lost someone close to you, you should take one moment at a time. As you start to become less numb, the fog will clear slowly with each passing day. Love and light. Manchester, my heart goes out to you!
