Meow! The new trailer for the film adaptation of Andrew Lloyd Webber's musical 'Cats' has dropped, and it's making headlines around the world.
A movie about something that I'm simply obsessed with? YES PLEASE!
For those of you that don't know, Goku, my cat, has a personality of his own. Like many other felines, Goku owns the room and generally the space that he's in - we're just in his world.

I recently moved down to Durban and I'm happy to report that he has settled in well and found many places to lounge about and get in some good old fashioned Vitamin D.

Described as being "One of the longest-running shows in West End and Broadway history", 'Cats' was written by the famous Andrew Lloyd Webber and it was first performed on London's West End back in 1981.
In addition to 'Lion King' - which is set to be released today, movie addicts and cat-lovers alike are purring with pride after seeing the first trailer of the film version of the famous musical.
It features some big-name actors, with the likes of Judi Dench, Idris Elba, Taylor Swift, Ian McKellan, Rebel Wilson, James Corden, and Jason Derulo all given roles. I know, right?!
Directed by Oscar-winning director Tom Hooper, the film is said to transform a "record-shattering stage musical into a breakthrough cinematic event."

The movie is expected to be released in December - just in time for Christmas. Yay!
