Take a look at SA's R200,000 second-hand bag
Updated | By Justin James
There's a handbag on sale currently and it's probably worth more than your entire wardrobe put together.

If you own anything by French label Hermès, you're probably living the high life. An item from this brand doesn't depreciate, but it just increases as time goes by.
According to Times Live, the HERMES Togo Birkin 35 Blue Cobalt handbag set a record by being one of the most expensive second-hand handbags in South Africa.
The bag, which is being described on Luxity's website as "the ultimate dream bag", and one of "the most sought after and collectable piece ever made", is retailing for a whopping R200,000!
It is said that the reason why the price is so high is that the bags are super limited, and the only real way to get your paws on one is through the second-hand market, such as pre-owned stores such as Luxity - South Africa's largest source for pre-owned designer luxury items.

Just when you thought this is the most expensive handbag you've ever seen, according to Finance Online, the most expensive handbag comes in at a tear-inducing $3.8-million (over R53-million) for a Mouawad 1001 Nights Diamond Purse.
