Seniors pull off epic dance routine.

Can you imagine your grandmother or grandfather busting hip hop dance moves?

Not a thought imaginable by 'normal' standards hey.

When this bunch of senior citizens decided to start dancing, they could have done something predictable and boring, but there is no one-two step here. 

This group of inspiring oldies rather went the route of name embossed hoodies and gangsta bling. 

The Mega Crew dance troupe currently hold the Guinness world record for the oldest dance crew and it consists of dancers aged 68 all the way through to 96 year old 'Quick Silver.'

These beauties prove once again that age is just a number.
