News broke this weekend that Gabrielle Union would not be returning for the next season of 'America's Got Talent' - but unfortunately for the actress, it looks like the departure may not have been on her terms.

One of the alleged incidents that pushed Union towards the exit happened when Jay Leno visited the AGT office and made an inappropriate joke. Union reportedly urged producers to report the incident to HR at the network, but it was allegedly never taken further.
The report also claimed that both Union and Julianne Hough "received excessive notes on their physical appearance".
