On Tuesday, I shared an apology letter written by a women's health coach, and I was taken aback by what an impact it had.
I was stopped twice by people who wanted to chat about the content of the letter and it seems we are all very much on our own journey of self love and acceptance in this high society where blemish free and size small is the way we are made to feel we should be striving for.
This plus-sized fashion blogger decided to share a picture of herself in her wedding dress with words that made an impact.

Body positive poster girls have exploded all over social media of late, with their open and comfortable selves, rolls and all. Sharing pictures of themselves unfiltered and in plain sight.
You have to admire their courage, I couldn't do it.
