Plus-size models make history at New York Fashion Week.

These models showed that beauty comes in all shapes and sizes
History
was made at New York Fashion Week yesterday when a group of gorgeous models of
all shapes and sizes took to the catwalk to model a collection of lingerie
designed by plus-size model and body-positive campaigner Ashley Graham.
The size 16 model, who is 28 years-old, debuted her lingerie line for Canadian retailer Addition Elle by both starring in and running the show alongside a cast of her fellow curvy models.
How refreshing to see real, strong, beautiful women in a place of influence, about time wouldn't you say!?
Society has us so programmed to what is supposedly beautiful and not.
Even having shed some 25kg I still look in the mirror and want to improve my body and wonder if I will ever get to a place of being 100% content with what I see looking back at me.
I
saw such a powerful quote the other day. 'Self-acceptance is more important
than self-improvement.' Isn’t that just so profound?
Would you be comfortable to walk down a runway in lingerie?
