We feel that pole dancing is a sport for kids as well as for adults because it’s very dance-heavy and it’s also very gymnastics-heavy. You have to be strong, you have to be graceful.- Lindsey Teall

This is a sure way to help with muscle tone and strength, and in this day and age where every second child needs OT for a weak upper body due to fewer times hanging from trees and jungle gyms, this seems like an excellent way to keep in shape. It seems like quality family time to me.
Would you encourage your children to take up pole dancing as a sports activity?
