As we know, the most hurtful and insulting comments online are from people (known as trolls) who find hide behind a computer screen or under a different name. These sad people punch holes through people and spurt hatred and unkindness.
Meet Jesse Shand. Jesse used to relish in negative slander from the comfort of his mom’s home. Jesse weighed an astounding 700-pounds which is approximately 317-kilograms.
He was so big he couldn't even fit into the shower, and hadn't left his moms house or bathed in years due to his size. So, what did he do? He went onto bodybuilder sites and started mocking them. However, their reaction to him is one that you would not expect.

The people he threw unkind words towards, became his biggest support and motivators. Instead of retaliating with insults of their own, they urged him to lose the excess fat, and his weight-loss results are unbelievable!

The next time someone hurls abuse at you on the internet, try to reciprocate with love as the hater is probably hurting. I know that is easier said than done! But it is worth a try. Just yesterday I received a slanderous SMS from someone and replied sending them love.
