Mom attempts to pay babysitter with 'ice cream and fun'
A cheap mom tried to avoid paying her college babysitter, and her reason for not doing so has many shocked and confused after seeing it.
It's 'Januworry', and while there are many ways to save a couple of bucks, one should remember that there is a fine line between being frugal and being ridiculous.
One college babysitter had the unfortunate privilege of experiencing the latter when a woman tried citing "free ice cream and fun" as an accepted form of payment for watching her kids for eight hours.

"I wasn't aware payment was involved. You got free ice cream and a day of fun... I'm sorry for the misinterpretation," the woman said in a series of texts that were uploaded to Reddit.
What made matters worse was that instead of apologising and meeting the babysitter halfway, the mother ended up doing something disgusting.
Sure, times are tough, but remember there's no such thing as a free lunch.
