Updated | By Stacey Norman
Model Mariana Mendes Magalhães is embracing her unique appearance and inspiring many on social media with her beauty and positivity.
Birthmarks - almost all of us have at least one of them, even if we don't know they exist. Much like me. (Insert Rose's voice from Titanic) - It's been 30 years, and till this day, I can't find mine, although I am confident that I do have one. The search continues.

On the topic of birthmarks, while on the 'gram' I came across Mariana Mendes Magalhães, an influencer and model from Brazil whose unique facial feature is setting her apart and inspiring many (myself included) in the process.
Mariana has a hairy black birthmark on her face and according to New York Post, it is a condition called CMN or congenital melanocytic nevus. It is reported that it is a type of birthmark "that causes a black patch of hair to spread across her face."
Naturally, as you would expect, her childhood was tough getting teased by many for her condition, but now, this queen is using her looks to spread positivity, love, and acceptance with her 55,000-followers.
