Little girl tries to save overdosed mom

In the video you see the mother lying on the floor while her little girl is trying to wake her up. The mother allegedly overdosed in the store.

While the little girl was trying to help her mother, people in the store called 911 and others filmed the tragic scene.

I could only watch a few seconds of this video. Hearing this little person’s distress made me fear for her safety and well-being. I mean, if this is happening in a public place such as the aisle of a toy shop, can you imagine what goes on behind closed doors?!

I know addiction is a very real thing, but this is hard to watch. What future does this little girl have under this type of parental supervision?

I so hope this woman is able to clean up her act before it's too late. Sadly, though, the internet never forgets.
