Lady Gaga kisses married musician on stage and some aren't impressed

Gaga, Mother Monster, or just Lady Gaga - whatever you want to call her, go with it. Lady Gaga is simply an icon, and it seems that everything she touches turns to gold. But does that give her the right to do as she pleases?

This is the question that is on the minds of many of her fans following a video that surfaced showing her kissing band member and supposed bestie, Brian Newman. Shock, shock, horror - HE IS MARRIED!

Newman, an American musician and trumpeter, has been married to burlesque dancer and choreographer Angie Pontani since 2013, and it seems that they are happily married. 

Fans captured the kiss which happened this past weekend at her 'Enigma' show in Las Vegas. The 13-second clip shows Gaga and Newman holding hands and gazing into each other's eyes on-stage as she sings 'Darling, kiss me' - then they go in for the smooch to which everyone screams and applauds them for.

Fans are divided, saying that Gaga should have known better than to kiss Brian because he married. While others added that he puckered his lips even before she went in for the kill, so technically he wasn't backing down on the chance to kiss Gaga himself. 

I did some digging to find out that apparently a source said that it was 'a playful, harmless part of her act' and both she and Newman have been besties for years. 

Listen, for me, I'm not too sure what the fuss is all about here. Gaga is an artist who has been doing this for years - the acting and singing I mean. Also, it was literally a peck on the lips. So no tea, no shade, and no drama here. Gurl, the speculation!
