South African music composer Lebo M and actor John Kani are well-loved and respected in their own right and this is the very reason why I was so thrilled about getting the chance to chat with them.
Lebo M had his hand in the movie by collaborating with Queen Beyonce herself for a new song which is featured on the official soundtrack, while John Kani played the voice of Rafiki in the much-anticipated film.
I caught up with them on release day to find out about their involvement, their challenges, the music, and, most importantly, about the cast in the movie.
