5 X 5 Design is a collaborative artistic process between local creatives and African Art Centre crafters. The idea was developed in December 2017 and we've all been hard at work creating things that we've been dreaming about.

In the past two months, we've have been working alongside 35 beaders and telephone wire weavers. Each of us was tasked with creating 5 designs and a total of 25 new contemporary African jewelry pieces were created.

My range is called an 'Ode to Iris'. Yes, Apfel but also the Iris in your head. This range is bright, zany, full of fun and outrageous delight. Quite much like me.
