How could a dog owner do something like this?
Last year, I found this article about a man who had tattooed his dog because he claimed that it would protect the dog from getting cancer.
Recently we have read of a number of other horrific acts that have happened to animals and it really bugs me. Earlier this week I posted a video of a guy swallowing a goldfish after a few drinks, and he now faces jail time.

Now, I ask myself what sort of punishment does this guy get for tattooing his dog? When the story popped up again on my timeline my thoughts were that the dog owner is such a moron for thinking that he could tattoo the dog to protect him from cancer.

Emerson Damasceno, the dog’s owner, is also a tattoo artist. He covered the dog in five tattoos; including an anchor, a diamond, and even a logo of a baseball team.
The problem here is obviously that the dog didn’t have a choice in the matter and must have been stressed out having his face needled. Although I love tattoos, this is so uncool and unnecessary, especially for a pet. How could a dog owner do something like this?
