Horrific texting and driving car crash caught on camera

Okay, I am mildly addicted to my phone, Instagram, and WhatsApp in general. I am finding that I send more voice notes these days than actually text.

When on the road (not me driving of course - that's a conversation for another day), I come across a few naughty Durbanites texting while driving and it really upsets me. Why is this even a thing in 2019 guys? Have you guys not seen the videos of the crashes following texting and driving?
Well, if you haven't, I have a video for you that's going to make you think twice about ever texting and driving. The Berlin Police Department in Massachusetts, USA released terrifying footage showing a texting and driving car crash which took place it's recently, and it's a pure miracle that this driver managed to walk away with minor injuries.

"This is video footage of a motor vehicle crash we responded to on July 23rd of this year. We are glad that the operators received only minor injuries. The operator of the sedan was issued a citation for texting while driving," the Police Department captioned the video which received over 146,000 views thus far.
In the clip, you see the driver veering off the road, hitting a light pole, and flipping over.
