A delivery boy from China is being hailed as a hero by many after he risked it all by jumping from a five-metre high riverbank to save a drowning elderly woman who had accidentally fallen into the river. A passerby noticed the heroic moment and decided to grab his camera and film it.

With the help of onlookers, the delivery boy-cum-superhero managed to bring her to a place of safety on the banks of the river. He didn't even think twice. It was a gut reaction to save the elderly woman. What an absolute hero!
In this day and age, selflessness is a quality that is sometimes hard to find, so my heart was glad and beaming when I saw this footage.
