I’ve been on radio since I was 19 and I think it’s time to give back. This industry is fun and challenging, and it’s given me so much over the years.
Often people stop me and ask what it takes to be on radio. I tell them it requires focus and commitment, and a lot of knowledge about random things.

But just as often, even with all that, a lot of talent goes unrecognised. People are scared to pursue their dream because they fear rejection or have been rejected.
That’s why I want to try do what I can to open up the industry for other people who might be talented but lack the opportunity.
