Eye Contact With Strangers Experiment
Updated | By Jane Linley-Thomas
Some of the amazing reactions that come with the simplicity of a human connection.
They say our eyes are the windows to our soul.
In this world of fast paced connectivity with our mobile phones glued to our hands and ears it's no wonder we spend less time looking into each other’s eyes.
This video (once again) stirred something deep inside. The Liberators International set up in Trafalgar Square, London where they offered the public to take part in a 1 minute eye contact session.
I felt the tears pooling as you see these strangers being moved by the intimacy.
Looking into the eyes of another is one of the ways in which our deep human connection can be felt.
When you are walking along and make eye contact with a stranger do you smile at them or look away?
