Erin D gears up for her journey with a purpose
Our very own Erin D is gearing up for the journey of a lifetime, and she needs your help!
This August, an all women's wildlife group will be setting off on an expedition through Africa with the aim of assisting ongoing conservation efforts, creating awareness and education around human-wildlife coexistence issues, and empowering local women along the way, all to help save our wildlife!

Erin has been chosen as one of the crew members to join expedition leader and Blue Sky Society Trust founder Carla Geyser. Erin will be joining the expedition for two weeks and heading through Botswana and Zimbabwe in the hopes of making a difference to wildlife conservation efforts.
She is currently looking for sponsors to help her make this expedition a reality. With a R50,000 target, she needs your help! "Every little bit helps me reach my goal, from R10 to R10 000, It all adds up at the end of the day," says Erin, who has set out a donation challenge on her social media platforms challenging businesses to donate R1,000 to her expedition fund.

"Corporate sponsorships are welcome for big amounts and I have packages ready and waiting to hit the big guys, but I also wanted to give the smaller businesses who want to help make a difference an opportunity to donate and give back, I know KZN has a massive heart, so to find 50 businesses to give me R1,000 is an easy task!" says Erin.
