Dr Tumi to volunteer his services to help coronavirus patients

The South African celebrity has offered to lend a hand during the coronavirus pandemic.
Medical practitioner-turned-musician Tumi Makweya, aka Dr Tumi, has been in the media in the last few days for a positive post that he shared on his Twitter page.
He said: "Hi, fam. I want to play a part in helping our government with the fight against CORONAVIRUS. Starting this Friday, I’ll be volunteering my time for free working at one of the local hospitals at their COVID 19 units during the 21 days"

This follows a number of coronavirus Twitter posts shared by other local celebrities.
Just this week, Ntsiki Mazwai called out celebrities in this tweet:

Dr Tumi's selfless offer to the South African community follows DJ Cleo's tweet asking local celebrities with the stage name 'Dr' to be on standby during this pandemic. The local gospel sensation responded to the tweet to let the House DJ know that he is actually a qualified doctor...
