Do you have someone or something you can't forgive?

In a recent interview, DJ Zinhle opened up about forgiveness - "It takes a lot of energy to stay hating and angry."
Anger and hatred are such a waste of energy and I am so grateful that I don't carry or harbor any resentment and ill feeling towards anyone. In saying that, hurt or threaten my kids or family and you will see a very different side to me.

DJ Zinhle and AKA's feud was no secret and they didn't try to hide it either, but I can't imagine it was easy for either of them considering they have an adorable little girl together. In recent weeks, the two have shown that they have mended their relationship.
In an interview with Dennis Ngango, Zinhle said that although forgiving someone takes a lot, it's better for your own development in the long run.
My first real lesson with forgiveness was with my dad when he passed. Not forgiving is when you are angry and holding a grudge... it's energy. It's exhausting. And you have to wake up every day and remember that that person did you wrong.- DJ Zinhle
I do not even harbor any anger toward my school best friend who turned on me at school and made my life a living hell. I know how jaded and messed up she was due to her hectic family life and believe what you give is what you get.
