A miracle! Woman gives birth to twins at 74
After 54 years of marriage, this woman from India has given birth to twins - making her probably the world's oldest mother, according to reports.
Thanks to the process of In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF), a woman from Andhra Pradesh, India has managed to give birth to twins at the age of 74-years-old.
According to NDTV Mangayamma, the mother had four doctors working on her and gave birth to the twins via C-section at a local nursing home.

The Indian TV media company is calling her 'the oldest mother in the world' as its truly a miracle that she managed to deliver twins at her age. Mangayamma and her husband have been married for 54 years but struggled to have kids.
Locals have expressed their concern at how the couple will be able to take care of these kids should something happen to them.
Guinness World Records reported that Carmela Bousada currently holds the 'Oldest person to give birth' title. Bousada, from Spain, gave birth on 29th December 2006. She was 66 at the time. She died back in 2009 after a battle with cancer.
