Woman says she was roasted at Home Affairs

Home Affairs will humble you...
The Department of Home Affairs has been trying to accommodate more people by partnering with many banks and opening up a branch at The Pavilion Shopping Centre.
The main reason behind opening the branch at The Pavilion is said to be for safety. We assume that they are referring to the safety of the people in terms of crime.
We didn't expect them to also refer to their staff - who are good at roasting people. That's according to a South African woman who recently went to her Home Affairs branch to apply for her passport.
Before proceeding, please remember that we are not defaming anyone's character; this story is being relayed purely for entertainment purposes.
Stacy Hart shared a video on her TikTok account a few days ago about visiting a Home Affairs branch in Cape Town to apply for her passport. If there is one thing that most South Africans find relatable when visiting Home Affairs, it's the long queues.
Naturally, after waiting a long time, she wanted to lighten the mood, so she joked with the Home Affairs staff member, and things took a turn for the roast.
