Who do you still check in on even at your big age?
Updated | By Stacey & J Sbu
A WhatsApp thread that we all dread...
As we get older, we tend to become worse at replying to messages on our phone. There are always going to be those "Tannies" that check up on us, nosy friends or helicopter parents that circle no matter how old they are.

When we asked the Drive show who checks in on them, Stacey told us it was her mom. Day or night, Mamma Norman is checking up on Stacey. Almost to the point where she won't sleep if she knows Stacey is going out late or working late. If on the rare instance Stacey doesn't reply to her mom within 48 hours, she will think that Stacey is mad at her.
Stacey has shared one of her conversations with her mom that has become a "standard procedure" for the duo.
Stacey loves her mom dearly but there comes a time when you gotta let a girl do what she's gotta do.
When we asked J Sbu, he replied hilariously by saying he doesn't check up on anyone. Even when he makes plans with his friends he just shows up, no warning. Nothing. J Sbu is an enigma who comes and goes like the wind.
Although, there is one person that J Sbu doesn't stop checking up on... his son Zanda. J Sbu will never stop worrying about him. As a father you always care about your child's well-being, especially at a young age. Luckily, Zanda doesn't have a phone yet or else you can only imagine the chain of messages he would receive.
Who do you still check up on? Don't forget that it's also important to take a step back and as J Sbu says, "don't forget to check in before you reckon". You always have to look out for number 1 before you can check up on someone else.
