We'll always be amazed that pillow fighting is now a sport

There's no falling asleep with this one...
A while ago, we discovered that pillow fighting isn't just a playtime activity for kids and couples. It is an actual sport that hosts a championship.
The Professional Pillow Fighting Championships resembles a boxing match, with two opponents battling it out in the ring. The difference is that pillow fighters defend themselves with pillows instead of pushing punches.
"Pillow Fight Championship is the world’s first professional pillow fighting league featuring professional fighters engaging in intense, fast-paced and all-ages-friendly combat unrivalled by any other professional sports entertainment or fighting organisation." (Fight PFC)

The great thing about the Pillow Fighting Championships is that it is not only for professional fighters. The PFC has created a unique set of rules and regulations that allow anyone to participate.
Pillow fighting is said to have been credited as a "safe alternative to traditional, violent combat sports and for its cardiovascular benefits." (Fight PFC)
