WATCH: Woman gives birth on flight not knowing she was pregnant!

Passengers weren't the only ones who were in shock when Lavinia Mounga gave birth on a plane.
The mystery surrounding women who are not aware of the fact that they are pregnant will forever baffle the minds of many individuals.

Surely there must have been some kind of sign that you are with child?! We might never have all the answers when it comes to pregnancy and childbirth.
What we do have right now are a TikTok video, an aeroplane, and an unsuspecting couple.

Here's how it all went down:
Julia Hansen was on a flight to Hawaii when a flight attendant announced that "As most of you have probably heard, we just had a childbirth on the aircraft, let’s have a nice round of applause for the mother. Congratulations." Julia had been recording various moments of the flight and was able to capture footage of the announcement, the mother and baby, and more.
Hansen decided to share the video on TikTok which you can watch here:

Since posting the video, more information and details have been given that shed some light on the once-in-a-lifetime situation.
The mother of the baby, Lavinia Mounga, was on the flight to Hawaii with her family when she started experiencing contractions. According to Hansen, who was seated next to Mounga's father, none of the family members had any idea that she was pregnant, not even her husband!

Luckily for Mounga, there was a complete team of doctors on board who were able to assist her! With the help of a family doctor, physician's assistant, and three neonatal intensive care unit nurses, the mom and baby were able to travel safely the rest of the way and are happy and healthy.
