Could this new dating technique be the answer?
This 'cut' video was definitely an interesting one.
These two singles were placed in quite an absurd situation where they are trapped in a box with a stranger for 12 hours whilst on a blind date.
"This seemingly romantic moment is anything but that, after being trapped with someone for 12 hours that you barely know... things get boring and hella awks," according to Stacey Norman.

Many users are divided over this lengthy and constricting date in a box. Some loving this idea and others completely opposed.
Some of the comments in favour of this date idea are as follows:
- "It doesn't seem as awkward. They both seem to become more comfortable overtime."
- "Their chemistry is so good, time went flying, I think they really had a good time."
- "It's important in these things to have two people that are as open as these two are. I think that's why this one was so successful!
- "Their fun couple quirk is going to be always needing to pee at the same time."
- "I'd like to see this with long distance couples, like bringing them together and watching them interact for the first time in the box.."
- "I personally don’t think they’re gonna end up dating but they still had really great chemistry!"
- "Their both so chill in their own way, loved this! "
Another user shared a heart-warming sentiment below:
"There’s something so charming about seeing people open up to one another for the first time. The transition from the initial caution/hesitation to the decision that somebody is safe, and then the gentle little manoeuvres to figure out what/who they’ll be to you; it’s all just so uniquely human!"- Annabelle Valderhaug-Eriksen
