James Cordon, host of 'The Late Late Show', is no stranger to trying out new and exciting things.
The famous Tom Cruise from the 'Mission Impossible' series has persuaded this talk show host into trying out stunts that are similar to those seen on 'Top Gun'.
They took the highway to the danger zone with stunts that included fighter jets.

As seen in the YouTube video above, the duo embark on an interesting journey with scenes that make us queasy from across the Atlantic.
This 15-minute clip depicts the infamous 'Top Gun' training, as well as what a pilot goes through. Although it is a satiric video, there is truth to the madness and fans are loving it.

What a wild adventure for someone who normally talks in front of a camera for a living! Although James Cordon has mentioned that he is leaving his show, we have complete faith that he can have a successful career in stunts if his other endeavours don't work out.
We can't wait to see more moments of James and his new bestie Tom in action. We definitely think that James has what it takes to be Tom's wingman...
