The love-hate relationship the human race has with junk food is equal to that of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith.

We love the idea of it and we wish we could eat all this unhealthy food all the time, but we have to settle for the healthier options.
That being said, we might have lost our terrible cravings after watching this video.

Have you ever watched a video where people put different objects, foods, and products in Coca-Cola and they let it soak for a period of time?
After a while, they examine what effect the Coke had on the substance that was submerged and soaking.

Usually, the results were very disturbing and you would vow to never drink a glass of Coca-Cola, or any soda, ever again! Or at least, it's the thought that counts, right?
It never lasts, but while we try to live our best healthy lives, we might as well show you a video that kind of does the same thing and the results will blow your mind, but for very different reasons.

Usually, when you leave that one tomato in the bottom of the veggie drawer in the fridge or that one yogurt cup at the back, it will start to become funky-looking quite quickly.
That's what you would expect from all food, right? Wrong.
TikToker Elif Kandemir showed the harsh reality of junk food in one of her videos.

Elif's mother is a practising nutritionist in the United Kingdom who is hoping to tackle the rise of obesity cases in the country and indicate how terrible these foods really are for your health.
In the video, Elif shows her mother's food cupboard in which she stores all types of unhealthy foods with some of the items in there being up to two years old.

According to the video, this is what 80% of the UK population eat on a regular basis and if that's the case, it is truly concerning.
While a "cheat meal" every now and then is totally okay, your diets should not solely consist of these horribly unhealthy and processed foods.
